Stairlifts have been around for a long time. Most any Stairlift will get you up and down. Charles, our founder, remembers a noisy, clunking chain-driven one in his church back in the 50s. It worked. But, it hardly represents the technical, material and engineering advancements found in the best Stairlifts available today. The cheapest, oldest or a self-installed lift isn�¢ï¿½ï¿½t always the best. Wheelbarrows have been used to move people from point A to B, but wheelchairs they are not.
