Right and Left Hand Sit/Stand
Pictured is a right-hand Acorn Sit-Stand configuration, which allows the Stairlift to be used in the standard manner or with the occupant standing.
Hinged Rail
Right and Left Hand, Manual and Powered
The lower section of the rail folds up and out of the way when not in use, allowing greater access at the foot of the stairs. A hinged rail is required when there is a doorway at the foot of the stairs.
When the stairlift is not is use, the rail is neatly out of the way and causes no obstruction.
Two options are available: manual or powered hinge.
